About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead the growth and development of a portfolio of iconic MasterFoods brands, including MasterFoods Professional, Dolmio, Ben’s Original and Kantong.
This is a broad, commercially focused marketing leadership role where you’ll shape portfolio strategy, drive innovation and build integrated brand experiences that deliver sustainable growth.
You’ll work across the full marketing agenda, from 3-year portfolio strategy and financial delivery through to innovation, communications, consumer insights and customer growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales, R&D, Category, Supply, Finance and Corporate Affairs, as well as global Mars teams and external agency partners.
Please note that this is a 13-month parental leave cover position.
What you’ll do
- Lead portfolio strategy and financial delivery, translating business ambition into clear growth plans.
- Develop and execute 3-year portfolio strategies, identifying new opportunities, categories, channels and adjacencies.
- Lead the innovation pipeline, from ideation through to launch, ensuring initiatives deliver against consumer and business needs.
- Drive integrated brand and communications strategies across the consumer journey.
- Partner with key customers and cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities across grocery and emerging channels.
- Bring consumer and shopper insights into strategic decision-making and brand development.
- Build strong relationships with global and regional teams, agencies and senior stakeholders.
- Lead and develop team members while contributing to a high-performing marketing culture.
