Job Summary
The eCommerce Associate is responsible for end-to-end order processing at eCommerce fulfillment system and getting orders out in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Pick the product from packing stations to eCommerce stations
- Assign the product to orders through eCommerce fulfillment system
- Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead
- Print shipping and invoice labels
- Erect cartons per order quantity size
- Pack the product using proper dunnage and labels
- Perform end of the day processing for shipping carries (USPS, international, etc.)
- Maintain pick/pack standards and company/department policies and SOPs.
Supervision:
This position is frequently supervised by the Ecom Supervisor/Lead.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One-year experience in the Order Processing or Packing Department

Physical Demands
This position requires standing 60% of the day, light lifting (up to 25 pounds) for 20% of the day and stooping for 20% of the day.
