Role brief

Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Keep contracts, scopes, pricing, staffing plans, Salesforce records and billing synchronized, escalating material gaps
  • Move signed clients through launch by coordinating Business Development, Account Leadership, Finance, Operations, Performance Media and SEO
  • Give leadership recurring updates on contracts, onboarding, staffing, support results and scope adherence, emphasizing exceptions and actions
  • Track Zendesk and franchisee support patterns, including ticket volume, response and resolution times, escalations and satisfaction
  • Manage the Fluency vendor relationship through service reviews, performance checks and capacity forecasting

What you bring

  • At least five years in revenue, business, client or agency operations where accuracy was actively measured
  • Strong Salesforce capability spanning reports, dashboards and governance of data
  • You can tell an isolated exception from a broken process and prioritize documentation and reporting before systems
  • You can advance cross-functional work without relying on direct authority

Who this fits

You’ll suit work centered on operational accuracy, documentation, reporting and coordination across multiple teams. This is a Denver-based remote role with in-person collaboration at the Glendale office a couple of times each month, plus in-person interviews there. It is a full-time, exempt manager position.

From the employer

  • Revenue Operations Manager

About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

We are creating a Revenue Operations seat to own the systems, controls and reporting that connect what we sell to how we deliver it.

Contracts, scopes, pricing, resourcing, Salesforce and billing stay aligned because this seat holds them there.

What you will own

● Commercial and delivery alignment. Contracts, scopes, pricing outputs, resourcing plans, Salesforce records and billing held in alignment, with variances surfaced and escalated with the financial and delivery impact attached

● Client onboarding and launch. The operational workflow from signed agreement to launch, across Business Development, Account Leadership, Finance, Operations, Performance Media and SEO

● Revenue operations reporting. Recurring reporting for leadership on contract status, onboarding pipeline, staffing alignment, support performance and scope compliance. Exceptions and actions, not raw data

● Zendesk and franchisee support operations. Ticket volume, response and resolution times, escalation patterns and satisfaction, traced back to cause

● Fluency vendor management. Operational liaison, service reviews, performance against agreed expectations, and capacity forecasting

How you will be measured

Contract integrity. Every active client carries complete, current, executed documentation. Scope alignment. Executed scopes match approved pricing models, staffing assumptions and service standards. Salesforce data quality, and resource alignment against sold scope with variances surfaced before they affect margin. Onboarding time from signature to launch, support operations performance, and reporting delivered accurately and on schedule.

What we are looking for

● Five or more years in revenue, business, client or agency operations in a seat where accuracy was measured. Strong Salesforce across reporting, dashboards and data governance. Zendesk, capacity planning or vendor management preferred

● Understands that this is a documentation and reporting job before it is a systems job, and can separate a one-time exception from a process that is failing

● Wants to move cross-functional work forward without direct authority

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$100,000 to $125,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.

Medical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match. Wellbeing stipends, paid time off, and support for remote working.
