About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

This is a new seat on the leadership team, reporting to the CEO, with Sales and Marketing reporting to you. You own growth as a function.

Two revenue lines, measured separately: new agency services relationships, and LOCALACT subscription revenue. A brand and a local operator are two different buyers, and services and software do not sell the same way.

You will carry a number and build the organization around it. This is a build role.

What you will own

● The growth number. New logo services revenue and LOCALACT subscription revenue, measured separately and forecast weekly into the leadership scorecard

● The pipeline end to end. Targeting, outreach, qualification, pursuit, RFI and RFP production, pitch strategy, negotiation and close

● Marketing as a pipeline function. Conferences, sponsorships, outbound, PR, awards, content, search, the website and credentials materials, measured by pipeline contribution

● Partnerships, white-label and one adjacent category. A focused first-year partner program, and a single funded expansion beyond franchise built properly rather than spread thin

● The growth system and the team. Salesforce as the pipeline and forecast of record, a repeatable pursuit process, a sales-to-delivery handoff, and building the growth organization

How you will be measured

New logo services revenue against target. LOCALACT subscription revenue against target, measured separately. Qualified pipeline created. At two quarters, reviewed against the same three criteria as the rest of the leadership team: new logo performance, expansion revenue and organizational health.

What we are looking for

● Senior commercial leadership in agency, marketing services or professional services with a track record of carrying and hitting a new business number. Experience selling both services and software. Command of CRM discipline and the judgment to tell a real pipeline from a decorated one

● Understands that the brand and the local operator are two different buyers, and that services and software do not sell the same way. A blended target would let one hide behind the other

● Wants to carry a number, build the organization around it, and be the commercial voice into the product roadmap

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$195,000 to $215,000 base depending on experience, plus commission on new business. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.

Medical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match. Wellbeing stipends, paid time off, and support for remote working.

Hiring timeline

Applications are open now and close at 5.00pm Mountain Time on Monday 12 October 2026.

We review every application that week and will be in touch by Friday 16 October if we would like to take your application further. Interviews take place the week of 19 October and are held in person at our Glendale office.
