Marketing Manager I

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing leader to take on the role of Marketing Manager for our Financial Advisory team. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that position Kroll as a global leader in Financial Advisory services. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, fostering brand awareness, driving business growth, and supporting our subject matter experts in building their professional presence. Coverage includes NA Valuation Services, NA Expert Services and broader support for other NA Financial Advisory service lines. This is a hybrid role and work hours are 2pm – 11pm IST.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business and service line leaders to develop annual Marketing strategy and plans.

  • Plan, execute and manage integrated Marketing activities aligned to strategy and plan.

  • Managing website content and collaborating with the Digital team to execute campaigns across web, SEO, social, and digital advertising channels.

  • Develop a multi-channel content strategy and calendar in collaboration with practitioners, and internal thought leadership priorities and stakeholders.

  • Plan and execute virtual and live conferences, sponsorships, and firm-hosted events.

  • Elevate practitioner profiles and maximize brand exposure through public relations activities.

  • Manage service line web pages and plan digital marketing campaigns with the Integrated Marketing team.

  • Refresh pitch decks and collateral to enhance presentation formats.

  • Collaborate with practitioners to translate client issues into go-to-market messages.

  • Develop and compose content for email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns

  • Assist with developing and maintaining the marketing budget, tracking expenditure, managing invoice reconciliation and measuring ROI.

  • Build and maintain a mailing list database for the service lines in Salesforce and work closely with the Marketing Segmentation team on direct email marketing campaigns.

  • Stay abreast of the market landscape and trends, sharing learnings, best practice and insights with the Marketing team and business stakeholders.

  • Build GTM strategies, including messaging, positioning, launch plans, and collateral, to promote Kroll services to Financial Advisory clients.

  • Create key sales collateral and training materials that enable customer‑facing teams to effectively position and sell Kroll services at events.

  • Collaborate with digital, content, and events teams to develop focused campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption. 

  • Maximizing exposure of Kroll’s brand, services, and thought leadership across NA through PR, media engagement, and targeted advertising initiatives in partnership with Communications.

  • Coordinate with internal go‑to‑market teams (marketing, sales, alliances, and capability leads) to ensure alignment, visibility, and campaign success.  

  • Stay abreast of the market landscape and trends, sharing learnings, best practice and insights with the Marketing team and business stakeholders. 

  • Leverage marketing performance metrics, customer insights, market intelligence, and campaign analytics to inform strategy, optimize marketing plans, and drive measurable business outcomes and ROI.

  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation to improve campaign planning, content development, audience targeting, workflow efficiency, and performance optimization across digital and integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance and conversion metrics to continuously refine messaging, channel mix, and investment decisions, ensuring effective resource allocation and marketing impact.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of business marketing experience in the professional services sector.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record in leading successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally within professional services, finance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level, translating business objectives into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience managing large-scale events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Salesforce, Eloqua (or similar marketing platforms), and analytics tools to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Creative and forward-thinking, with a passion for driving innovation in marketing practices.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent written, copy editing, and oral communication skills.
