Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.


About the Role

In this role, you will generate gift card reports, manage billing, serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and troubleshooting and assist the gift card team with various tasks and projects.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels of gift cards, ensuring availability to meet demand
  • Monitor and manage the stock of gift cards, conducting regular audits to ensure accurate counts
  • Coordinate the production and restocking of new and existing gift card designs semi-annually and on an as-needed basis
  • Manage the process of discontinuing and removing third-party gift cards from the inventory
  • Handle the reordering process for third-party mall gift cards to maintain availability
  • Set up and configure eGift cards in the Cashstar platform, ensuring smooth functionality
  • Manage system integrations and product configurations for seamless gift card operations
  • Configure and implement new third-party gift cards within Kohl’s system and Kohl’s branded gift cards within the system
  • Perform testing of gift cards to ensure accurate functionality and user experience
  • Generate and distribute regular performance reports, including sales, redemption and ad hoc reporting
  • Initiate and manage requests for marketing creative projects related to gift card promotions, collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
  • Review and approve marketing assets for third-party promotions, ensuring compliance with Kohl’s brand guidelines and policies before they are released for public use
  • Manage invoice approval and submission process
  • Resolve and direct appropriately guest gift card issues and inquiries by utilizing multiple resources
  • Additional tasks may be assigned


What Skills You Have

Required

  • Previous experience in marketing, project coordination or operations, preferably within retail or e-commerce environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to independently follow complex documentation and direction
