You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Learn and understand KE’s mission, brand voice, company goals, and core values.
- Assist with content creation for social media, web, video, and print.
- Support campaign execution and track performance across marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Help plan and coordinate events, both internal and external.
- Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including administrative tasks.
- Contribute creative ideas and feedback in team meetings.
- Follow KE’s safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work in Goodhue, MN location 5 days/week.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Problem solving and consultative skills.

Pay Range: $20 - 25/hour
