Knix is looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive Marketing Operations & Executive Coordinator to work directly with the CMO and support the broader Marketing organization.This role is approximately equal parts executive coordination and marketing operations. You will sit at the center of Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Growth, Retention, KT by Knix, MNTD, Retail, and other cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for keeping a fast-moving executive organized while helping a complex Marketing organization stay aligned, accountable, and on schedule.

The Opportunity

Own and manage a complex, frequently changing executive calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, meeting preparation, and conflict resolution.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and changes as they arise.

Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively protect time for the highest-priority work.

Coordinate meetings across senior leaders, internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

Prepare agendas, gather materials, and make sure the CMO has the information needed for key meetings.

Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with maturity, sound judgment, and discretion.

Plan and facilitate recurring team cadence including meetings, planning sessions, and business reviews to maintain full visibility into open actions.

Proactively manage multi-team commitments, follow up with task owners, and maintain alignment and momentum when priorities or timelines shift.

Own and maintain the master go-to-market calendar across campaigns, launches, promotions, partnerships, retail moments, and key business milestones.

Coordinate timelines and dependencies across Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Growth, Retention, KT by Knix, MNTD, Retail, and cross-functional partners.

Attend key Marketing and leadership meetings and capture concise notes, decisions, owners, and next steps.

Work with teams to establish and confirm key dates, ensuring changes are communicated and reflected across the organization.

Identify conflicts, missed dependencies, or unclear ownership and help drive resolution.

Maintain key marketing trackers, calendars, planning documents, and operating tools.

Help establish clear operating rhythms across the Marketing organization.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of professional experience in executive coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a large number of moving pieces simultaneously.

Experienced managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and changing schedules.

Strong judgment and discretion, particularly when working with leadership conversations, business performance, and confidential information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when capturing decisions and translating conversations into clear actions.

Comfortable with occasional schedule flexibility based on executive travel, business needs, launches, or events.

Highly proficient in Google Workspace or similar tools; experience with project management and collaboration platforms is a plus.
