We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Production Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the seamless execution of the marketing calendar by coordinating and managing all sample-related activities and supporting the production of social content. Serve as a key communication link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and smooth end-to-end operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify marketing sample requirements and accurately record them in the central registry
- Collaborate with merchandise and marketing teams to ensure timely sample delivery to photography locations
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet critical deadlines across the marketing calendar
- Serve as a reliable point of contact, managing expectations and resolving issues to maintain trust and continuity across all interactions
- Facilitate smooth execution of campaign activities by organising sample pulls, managing packing logistics
- Laise between the internal marketing team and external photography suppliers.
- Provide hands-on support for low-impact content shoots, working to ensure sample, prop, talent and equipment production processes are followed to allow creative stakeholders to operate efficiently
- Conduct regular reviews of production processes to ensure alignment with best practices and operational goals
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing, production coordination, administration or a similar role
- Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on varying timelines
- Experience in process driven role in a in a fast-paced environment (retail is highly regarded)
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
- Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
