What you'll do

Who this fits
This is a team-leading manager role based mainly at the Bozhurishte head office, with two work-from-home days each week available. You should be willing to travel nationally and internationally.

As a Brand & Marketing Manager, you will:
- Work closely with national and international stakeholders
- Actively help shaping our brand positioning and campaigns together with your team
- Primarily work from the Head office in Bozhurishte, with limited national and international travel
- Report directly to the Country Director for Romania and Bulgaria, with a matrix reporting line to the Regional Campaign & Media Manager

What can you expect to be doing, day to day?
- You will ensure the implementation of centrally defined marketing activities at both local and national levels.
- You will handle and execute locally bought media
- You will secure local ownership of JYSKs brand identity and positioning
- You will select appropriate media, influencers, and communication channels for locally initiated campaigns
- You will optimize campaigns and negotiate the best possible conditions with external partners
- You will ensure compliance with legal requirements in marketing
- You will support PR and communication activities
- You will professionally manage own team based on JYSK Values and JYSK Leadership
What should you bring:
- Experience in Marketing or Brand Management
- Experience working with stakeholders or managing projects
- A structured and independent way of working
- Creativity and a strong sense for branding and communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both Bulgarian and English
- Willingness to travel
- You have a driver’s license
- Leadership experience is an advantage
