About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to take ownership of launching and optimizing our LinkedIn and Google paid campaigns. Our internal team handles ad creative and campaign builds — you'll bring platform expertise to keep campaigns running efficiently, stay current on new ad formats, and make ongoing optimization decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (search, display, and video)
  • Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to improve performance
  • Apply best practices and provide recommendations for new ad creative, messaging, and targeting

  • Stay current on new ad types and platform features (especially on Google) and recommend when to test them
  • Provide a weekly check-in / performance summary
  • Occasionally support broader marketing efforts (e.g., content writing with AI tools) as capacity allows

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience running LinkedIn and/or Google Ads campaigns (B2B experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight once ramped up
  • Strong analytical instincts — able to read performance data and make optimization calls
  • Reliable communicator who can flag issues early
  • Flexible availability across the week; ~10 hrs/week total

Note: The one constant in our evolving, dynamic environment is change. Needless to say, you’ll never get bored ;) The responsibilities listed above are our needs today but we are keeping future needs & opportunities in mind when hiring for this position. We value adaptability and a growth mindset in team members. Although it’s not promised, the successful candidate should be prepared for the possibility that their role may evolve over time as our business strategies and priorities change.
