- Coordinate stakeholders and manage reporting or improvement work, with experience in documentation, controls, and continuous improvement
- Use English fluently in writing and conversation; VBA Macros knowledge is an advantage

Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist
As a Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist, you will support Marketing & Sales reporting activities across North and South Asia and the Americas markets. You will prepare reports and presentations that help address business objectives while collaborating with Strategic Insights teams and other Global Business Services teams to improve, automate, and document reporting processes.
As a Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist, you will:
- Generate reports on retail audit measures for the assigned markets by following established reporting procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations that support business objectives and senior leadership requirements
- Collaborate with Strategic Insights Managers, cross-functional teams, and other Global Business Services teams to develop and improve reports
- Ensure that reporting activities, process updates, and changes in scope are properly documented
- Establish control points for activities within scope to help safeguard the function’s key performance indicators
- Handle projects related to reporting automation, process changes, report development, and continuous improvement
- Serve as point of contact for stakeholders involved in assigned reporting and improvement projects
- Identify opportunities to innovate reporting processes and improve overall service delivery
- Handle additional tasks and projects based on business needs and the manager’s guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or university degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting, service delivery, data analytics, or project management
- At least 2 years of solid experience developing and creating dashboards using Power BI
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management experience, including the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage reporting or improvement initiatives
- Experience in process documentation, reporting controls, and continuous improvement; working knowledge of VBA Macros for process improvement and automation is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Collaborative, accountable, improvement-focused, and comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
