Your Responsibilities
As an Integrated Marketing & Communications Manager for John Deere Construction and Forestry, you will:
- Lead C&F's integrated dealer marketing activation strategy, partnering with dealers to streamline and optimize marketing campaigns across the customer journey
- Lead C&F’s social media and public relations programs that strengthen Deere's brand presence, engage customers and dealers, and generate measurable demand.
- As part of the Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing organization, this role connects Deere's growth priorities to customers, dealers, media, and industry influencers through coordinated storytelling, dealer-ready campaigns, earned media, and digital engagement strategies that generate demand, pipeline growth, market share, and business impact.

What Skills You Need
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
- Experience leading social media, public relations, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or field marketing programs
- Strong understanding of campaign performance measurement, lead generation, marketing analytics, and customer engagement strategies
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire teams
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, channel partners, or field sales organizations
- Familiarity with CRM, leveraging AI and marketing automation platforms
