The Senior Communications Specialist plays a key role in strengthening internal communications across the organization. This position partners closely with the Internal Communications team and company leaders to develop clear, engaging associate communications that support HR initiatives, reinforce the employment brand, and help connect stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans and content for internal and external projects.
- Support the change management process by communicating to build awareness, foster understanding and result in associates taking the desired action for key initiatives.
Ensure compliance with established brand, messaging, and style guidelines across all communications and marketing materials.
Own and maintain the company website, including updating content, coordinating enhancements, and ensuring information remains current and aligned with business priorities.
Create, manage, and optimize landing pages to support marketing, sales, recruiting, and business initiatives.
Lead content development, publishing, and coordination of the company blog, working with internal subject matter experts and business leaders to generate relevant content.
Own the development, organization, and ongoing management of company presentations, case studies, sales materials, and other brand-approved content, maintaining a centralized library of current resources for internal and external use.
Create, edit, and update sales enablement materials, including sales sheets, one-pagers, capabilities presentations, case studies, and other business development resources.
Partner with business development leaders to create customized presentations and materials for new business opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, content effectiveness, and brand consistency across channels.
Education
- Bachelor of Arts Degree
- Bachelor of Science Degree
Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related area such as journalism, communications, public relations, or integrated communications preferred.
- Five years of experience working in a related field
- Experience developing marketing, sales, or communications materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Experience coordinating multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Proficient with professional communications standards, including writing style guides and corporate communication best practices
- Strong writing and editing skills
