Jefferson Enterprise Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Video Production Specialist to help bring the Jefferson story to life through compelling video, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
As part of the Enterprise Marketing & Communications Creative team, you'll create content that reaches audiences across Jefferson Health, Thomas Jefferson University, and Lehigh Valley Health Network. From executive communications and recruitment campaigns to social media, educational content, and enterprise storytelling, you'll help transform ideas into engaging visual experiences that inform, inspire, and connect.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, developing motion graphics in After Effects, or managing a studio production. You'll collaborate with marketers, communications leaders, designers, writers, physicians, faculty, executives, and stakeholders across the enterprise to create high-quality content that reflects Jefferson's brand, mission, and commitment to improving lives.
The home office for this position is located at 1101 Market Street in Philadelphia, with regular travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware, including hospitals, outpatient centers, academic campuses, administrative offices, and Lehigh Valley Health Network locations. Occasional overnight travel may be required based on production schedules and location needs.
What You'll Do
Create Motion Graphics that Elevate the Story
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animated elements, and branded video assets for enterprise marketing and communications projects.
• Design and animate lower thirds, title cards, transitions, kinetic typography, iconography, end cards, explainer graphics, and campaign-specific visual elements.
• Use Adobe After Effects and related tools to elevate video deliverables through polished motion design and animation.
• Create motion graphics that align with Jefferson brand standards, campaign direction, accessibility needs, and platform-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, editors, and marketing stakeholders to develop motion treatments that support the message and overall creative direction.
• Maintain organized motion graphics project files, templates, and reusable assets for future enterprise use.
Produce and Edit Enterprise Video Content
• Edit raw and pre-produced footage into polished video deliverables aligned with Jefferson’s brand, tone, and quality standards.
• Support a wide range of deliverables, including internal communications, executive messages, campaign content, social media videos, event recaps, recruitment content, educational pieces, and web videos.
• Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, music selection, pacing refinement, and finishing work.
• Prepare final exports for multiple platforms, including internal distribution, Vimeo, web, social media, presentation use, and paid media as needed.
• Manage project files, media organization, versioning, and final deliverables according to team workflow standards.
Support Studio Productions
• Support operation of the in-house video studio at 1101 Market Street, including camera, lighting, audio, teleprompter, and green screen setup.
• Execute studio productions with proper lighting, audio capture, framing, and technical consistency.
• Support green screen productions with attention to lighting, clean keying, compositing needs, and post-production workflow.
• Maintain studio organization, equipment readiness, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with studio setup, strike, media management, and quality control.
Onsite & Field Production
• Travel to Jefferson enterprise locations to support onsite video productions in clinical, academic, administrative, and event-based environments.
• Capture high-quality video and audio in real-world production settings, including hospitals, outpatient sites, university spaces, offices, and other enterprise locations.
• Work professionally and respectfully with physicians, staff, leadership, patients, students, faculty, and on-camera talent.
• Adapt production approach to location-specific constraints, operational needs, patient care environments, schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Support small-crew and solo production needs when required.
Collaborate Across Teams
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, and production stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Follow established production workflows, project documentation standards, file management practices, and quality-control processes.
• Take direction from creative and production leadership while also bringing independent problem-solving and creative recommendations to projects.
• Communicate clearly around project status, production needs, timelines, risks, and deliverable expectations.
• Support evolving production needs across multiple locations, departments, and enterprise teams.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Motion Design, Film, Media, Communications,
- Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production, post-production, motion graphics, or
- related creative fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, particularly within motion graphics
- workflows.
- Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics, animation, and branded video assets.
- Strong editing skills with expertise in visual storytelling, pacing, sound, music integration, and narrative structure.
- Experience working in both studio and onsite production environments.
- Knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting techniques, audio capture, and production best practices.
- Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to regularly travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware, including occasional overnight travel as required.
- Portfolio or demo reel required and must include examples of both video editing and motion graphics work.
Preferred
