The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Assistant Manager supports the IMC team in the development of best-in-class creative campaigns and content for one of America’s most-loved, iconic brands. Core responsibilities include managing logistics for commercials productions and integrations, asset management and trafficking, budget tracking, and ongoing project management support for the larger IMC team. The Assistant Manager will also support small-scale creative projects from brief through execution for channels such as paid social, digital, streaming audio, and out-of-home. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and has good creative sensibilities.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Manage budgets and purchase orders, ensuring accurate tracking of spend and financial milestones.

  • Coordinate logistics for campaigns and shoots, including product ordering and shipping items such as packaging or merch.

  • Support team organization through file management, standardized presentation templates, meeting recap documentation, and calendar coordination (scheduling meetings).

  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, supporting internal and external asset distribution (providing up-to-date imagery, logos, links to latest creative, etc).

Executional Support & Project Ownership

  • Provide support on large-scale campaigns by managing legal submissions, proofreading, tracking cross-functional timelines, and reviewing creative assets and adaptations.

  • Provide support on lower scale creative content (e.g., search, paid social influencer content, OOH), collaborating with agencies, media partners, and cross-functional teams. This may require occasional copywriting support.

Brand & Creative Stewardship

  • Act as the central hub for brand standards, key administrator of brand guidelines docs, and supporting cross-functional teams and external partners with brand guidelines- application of logos, fonts, color, and tone, and coordinating reviews for local and co-branded assets with IMC managers.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree in Marketing or related degree

  • 2-4 Years of Experience in an Advertising agency or client-side advertising team preferred

  • Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail. 

  • Highly detailed- must be tireless and meticulous at pursuing the details.

  • Creative sensibility and/or strong familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - are required.

  • Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint / SharePoint.

  • Ability to prepare budget spend reports, analyze spend vs plan, balance a budget.

  • Experience with or interest in paid influencer marketing is preferred.

  • Experience with commercial production is helpful: video, audio, OOH, social, digital. 

  • Experience with SAG-AFTRA talent/holding reports is helpful.

Salary: $49,892 - $74,824 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
