As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned company and partner events on time and within budget, including but not limited to: communicating with the business unit or teammate which requests the event, understanding the goals and objectives of the opportunity, and executing all communications and tactics to ensure the objectives are met. Along the way, you will get to:
- Outline and manage event timelines and milestones
- Meet with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as well as budget
- Submit creative requests related to event needs and provide updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs.
- Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event related contracts.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, incentive travel.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
