Lead and execute B2B marketing initiatives with a primary focus on lead funnel activation, demand generation, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate with commercial teams to convert opportunities into closed business.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels, leverage SFDC and CRM analytics to inform decision-making, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales to achieve the division's commercial revenue targets.

We are looking for a passionate B2B marketer with deep expertise in lead generation and funnel management, who thrives in a data-driven environment, understands complex buyer journeys, and can translate insights into high-impact marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Funnel Activation: Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads through the funnel, owning performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Sales & Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to align on lead qualification, optimize handoff processes, and support conversion strategies that directly contribute to revenue targets.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies for high-value accounts and strategic prospects, creating personalised campaigns and coordinating with sales to drive engagement and accelerate deal closure.
  • CRM & Analytics Management: Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, lead attribution, and ROI, using data insights to optimize targeting and personalization strategies.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), content syndication, and webinars to maximize reach and engagement with target audiences.
  • Content & Messaging Strategy: Develop compelling content and value propositions tailored to key personas and buyer journey stages, ensuring consistent messaging that educates, engages, and converts prospects.
  • Team Collaboration & Development: Contribute to a high-performance marketing culture by collaborating cross-functionally, sharing best practices, and taking accountability for personal growth and skills development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record in demand generation, lead funnel management, and pipeline contribution
  • CRM & Marketing Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.)
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
  • Digital Marketing Channels: Demonstrated expertise across digital channels including email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn Ads), content marketing, and webinars
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Deep understanding of lead generation tactics, lead scoring, nurture strategies, and conversion optimization
  • Sales Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales teams to align on lead management, qualification criteria, and revenue goals

  • You must have the right to work and live in India.
  • The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our New Delhi office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
