Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, including creating and scheduling engaging posts
- Manage email marketing campaigns - drafting, scheduling, and tracking performance
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various marketing channels to increase engagement and reach
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on current trends within the industry
- Track and report on social media and email campaign performance - what worked, what didn't, and where the opportunities are
- Work closely with the founder to shape and grow the brand's marketing presence
Requirements
About You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices
- Some experience with email marketing tools/platforms is a plus
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
- Enthusiastic, positive, and flexible with a can-do attitude
