This position oversees inpatient admission process. The Area Business Development Director manages, trains and develops hospital-wide Business Development Team and serves in a Senior Leadership role. The Business Development Director is responsible in creating an environment and culture that enables the hospitals to fulfill their mission by meeting or exceeding goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to continuously improve performance.
