What You'll Do:

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Create and edit marketing materials, including emails, flyers, and social media content.
Assist with website updates and content management.
Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage social media accounts and engage with target audiences.
Help maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives and projects.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
0 -3 years of marketing experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary for this role is $80,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as [exempt/non-exempt] under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, subject to performance and continued employment at the time of payout. All compensation is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
