This individual is adept at blending technical proficiency with innovative conceptualization and will play a crucial role in strategically implementing visual identity and motion principles across all deliverables.
Key Role Functions
Creative Animation & Visual Effects: Craft compelling video narratives for diverse audiences by designing and producing high-end deliverables optimized for various platforms (e.g., DRTV, social media, sizzle reels, etc.). Create stunning visual effects in After Effects and Premiere Pro, employing techniques like easing, motion tracking, and complex animation to bring ideas to life
Integrated Visual Storytelling: Elevate raw footage into polished visual stories through expert color correction/grading, rotoscoping, and masking. Seamlessly integrate and leverage 3D camera techniques within After Effects to create immersive experiences, weaving together live-action footage, captivating motion graphics, and realistic animations
Audio Mixing: Perform audio equalizing and mastering to ensure optimal sound quality, transforming raw audio into polished soundscapes
Concept Development: Partner with copywriters and other creative team members to translate scripts and complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging motion concepts
Brand Adherence: Build marketing assets that resonate with audiences, prioritizing customer experience while strictly adhering to and evolving brand guidelines, central messaging, and motion principles
Accessibility Champion: Champion accessibility by ensuring ADA compliance in all digital video deliverables, promoting an inclusive experience for all audiences
Project Ownership: Own the creative journey from initial storyboard and concept through to final asset delivery, ensuring a seamless and impactful result
Collaboration: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and work closely with internal team members and marketing partners to foster creative thinking, leverage collective insights, and develop customer-centric solutions
Continuous Innovation: Act as a creative thought leader by proactively exploring emerging design trends and enhancements to differentiate digital communications and preserve the highest standards

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience crafting compelling video content through expert production, editing, and motion graphics
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite’s After Effects and Premiere Pro. Expert in precise key-framing, easing, advanced animation techniques, sophisticated color correction, motion tracking, and rotoscoping skills
Proficient in seamlessly integrating Cinema 4D elements and leveraging 3D camera techniques within After Effects
Skilled in transforming raw audio into polished soundscapes through expert equalizing and mastering techniques
A deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and brand adherence, ensuring creative solutions are both innovative and strategically aligned
A rich portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video work that demonstrates your expertise in motion graphics and integrated visual storytelling
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating project vision and strategy with clarity and impact
Proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments, effectively communicating and working with both local and remote team members
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile methodologies and operating models
Proficiency with Lucid
Proficiency with Figma
Proficiency with Adobe Express animation
