Little more about the team:
This role supports Honeycomb’s field marketing programs across event logistics, program operations, and potentially internal events. You’ll work closely with regional field marketing managers, SDRs, field sales, and external partners to execute against established plans. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their piece, follows through with precision, and welcomes coaching as they grow their marketing career.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Execute event logistics and program operations against plans set by field marketing managers.
- Build and maintain event landing pages, registration workflows, communications, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate tasks and timelines across field marketing, SDRs, field sales, and external partners.
- Keep event data, project records, and status updates accurate and up to date.
- Support swag and promotional vendor coordination so materials arrive where and when they’re needed.
- Provide reliable on-site execution support for regional programs, trade shows, and other events.
- Ask clarifying questions early, identify potential gaps, and keep work moving toward deadlines.
- Apply feedback quickly and build toward independently delivering logistics tasks without manager follow-up.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or events within B2B technology, or relevant transferable experience in a go-to-market or administrative role.
- Experience supporting events on site and coordinating the details required for successful execution.
- Comfort working in Salesforce and maintaining accurate data and records.
- Familiarity with an event registration platform such as Splash or Bizzabo.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Clear, consistent communication and the ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
- Openness to coaching and direction, with a track record of applying feedback quickly.
- Experience with smaller regional programs, trade shows, promotional vendors, or the DevOps space is a plus.
