Employer Brand Team Lead

Hybrid in London

Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Summary:

CSC is seeking an experienced marketing leader to shape how current and future colleagues around the world experience our company and culture. Reporting to our head of employer brand, this person will be responsible for developing and leading our global employment brand marketing strategy, ensuring it supports our business growth, talent priorities, and long-term reputation as an employer of choice.

This leader will oversee a high-performing team responsible for employer branding, recruitment marketing, internal brand initiatives, and strategic talent communications. Working closely with leadership across our People and Culture organization, they’ll translate business priorities into integrated employer brand strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while strengthening CSC’s reputation across global markets.

The role requires someone equally comfortable defining long-term strategy, partnering with senior leaders, mentoring a team, and ensuring exceptional execution across every touchpoint of the candidate and colleague experience.

Some of the things you will be doing:

Leadership

  • Develop and own CSC’s global employment brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate brand, business priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Translate business strategies into integrated employer brand plans that support attraction, engagement, retention, and organizational transformation.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to People and Culture (including Talent Acquisition) as well as business leaders on employment brand strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of employer brand and recruitment marketing professionals, establishing priorities, developing capabilities, and fostering career growth.
  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated employer brand marketing campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
  • Oversee EVP evolution, audience segmentation, candidate personas, messaging, content strategy, careers site experience, social media, and talent community engagement.
  • Ensure consistent employment brand messaging across the candidate life cycle.
  • Present strategic recommendations, campaign performance, and market insights to executive leadership.

Intelligence and Measurement

  • Monitor workforce trends, competitive hiring activity, employer reputation, and labor market dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen CSC’s employer positioning in key global talent markets.
  • Establish KPIs that measure awareness, engagement, candidate quality, hiring outcomes, and employer brand perception.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize strategy and demonstrate business impact.

What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, brand strategy, talent marketing, corporate communications, or related marketing disciplines.

  • 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-level marketing or employer brand strategies.

  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading through collaboration rather than authority.

  • Experience leading organizational change and navigating complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from frontline teams through executive leadership.

  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, audience segmentation, content strategy, digital marketing, and candidate experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, plus the ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations.
