What you'll do

What you bring

You hold, or can obtain on schedule, a state General Lines Agent license for Life, Health, and HMO
You have four years in healthcare management, claims, customer service, or marketing and sales, or a bachelor’s degree plus two years in those areas
You have healthcare management experience involving PPO and HMO products
You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, analyze reports, and make customer-focused decisions

Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Ensuring Continued And Increased Growth By Negotiating Renewals Or Selling Products And Services To Existing Customers, Understanding Customer Needs, And Providing Customer Support. Ability And Willingness To Travel, Including Overnight Stays.

This position is hybrid 3 days a week in the office with local and overnight travel

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have state General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license or obtain General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license within required time frame per state regulations.
4 years experience in a health care management field, claims processing, customer service or marketing/ sales involving decision making, self-direction, and finance/product analysis OR Bachelor degree and 2 years health care management, customer service or marketing/sales experience.
Health care management work experience including PPO and HMO.
Customer Service oriented; detail oriented.
Written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to travel
Experience addressing customer needs and make sound decisions; building strong customer relations.
Experience analyzing reports.
