  • You bring analytical discipline to competitive research, positioning, and business decisions
  • You communicate clearly, tell strong stories, and can help sales teams drive revenue outcomes

Who this fits

You’ll suit this role if you are customer-focused, analytical, and comfortable working across product, sales, customer success, and marketing. The role is based in Miami and calls for native-level English, startup experience, and a strong bias toward action. Cybersecurity experience and familiarity with MSPs or small-business ecosystems are listed as advantages.

From the employer

Established in 2022, Guardz rapidly emerged as a noteworthy player in the cybersecurity sphere, securing $85M in funding and rallying a dedicated team of 120 industry professionals. Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who naturally sees the world through the customer’s eyes. This person is deeply curious, highly analytical, and driven to understand how our products create real impact for our users. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You will own core product marketing initiatives end-to-end; from market insights and positioning to enabling go-to-market execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we bring products to market and how we communicate value to our ICP.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Market Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated, and value-driven messaging that articulates the unique benefits of our products.
  • Go-to-Market: Lead execution of product launches and campaigns end-to-end. Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and strong market impact.
  • Sales & Channel Enablement: Own creation of high-quality enablement assets (pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, product guides). Ensure sales and partners are equipped to clearly communicate value and win deals.
  • Content & Demand Support: Work closely with marketing to translate product value into compelling content (case studies, web, campaigns). Ensure content aligns with positioning and drives pipeline.
  • Metrics/Outcomes: Define and track success metrics for launches and messaging (e.g., pipeline impact, win rates, adoption)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity or managed service space.
  • Proven track record of owning and executing product marketing initiatives end-to-end, not just contributing.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and enabling revenue outcomes (not just producing assets).
  • Highly analytical with a structured approach to competitive research, positioning, and decision-making.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and impact.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias for action and execution.
  • Native-level English.

Advantages

  • Experience in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with MSPs or small business ecosystems.
