Reporting to the Area Manager and based at our Rockhampton site, you will take ownership of a defined territory, managing and growing key customer accounts while driving new business opportunities across the residential, commercial and heavy civil sectors.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts across your defined territory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial and heavy civil sectors.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with resellers and end-use customers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and identify opportunities to grow market share.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and wider team to drive sales performance and business growth.
  • Manage your territory autonomously, including regular customer visits and occasional overnight travel.
