What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Communications & Events Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience representing organizations, products, services, and campaigns in professional, public-facing environments.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Represent organizations, products, services, and campaigns at live events and promotional activities
- Engage directly with customers, event attendees, and members of the public
- Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional information
- Assist with event-based communications and customer engagement
- Explain campaign information, promotions, products, and services clearly
- Answer questions and help attendees navigate event activities
- Support event setup, organization, and day-of-event operations
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, presentations, and event communications
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with team members
- Support marketing and communications initiatives before, during, and after events
- Help create a positive customer and attendee experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet event and campaign goals
