ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will develop and execute visually compelling designs across mostly print media, with some digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality output. You will work on a range of projects from concept to final execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create engaging designs mainly print collateral with some digital requirements when required
Interpret design briefs and independently manage projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table.
Ensure visual consistency across all projects and deliverables.
Use Ai platforms for initial concepts and then develop to finished print ready for use files.
Provide feedback and occasional mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain cutting-edge creativity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of graphic design experience in a creative or marketing environment (in house or agency).
Multi brand experience across different brand guidelines (Educational marketing experience is an advantage but not necessary)
Skilled at creating print ready creatives and final file formatting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with web/UI tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work independently.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across digital and print media.
