About the team:
You will join a high‑performing implementation and conversion team responsible for onboarding clients to FIS systems. The role involves interpreting client data, mapping complex workflows, and ensuring smooth migration to FIS platforms.

What you bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in Implementation or Tech Support roles.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
- Hands‑on experience with UNIX commands and SQL queries
- Ability to work independently on complex, high‑visibility projects.
- Strong analytical and data‑mapping skills with deep understanding of FIS systems.
- Experience interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Capability to mentor others and contribute to process standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
