The Role
Tailored to your level of experience, key responsibilities will include:
- Drive Integrated Campaigns: Contribute to creative campaign development, strategic planning, and presenting multi-channel ideas to existing and prospective clients.
- Craft High-Impact Content: Write, edit, and produce compelling content across digital and traditional channels, including press releases, op-eds, social media copy, and multimedia assets.
- Lead Media & Stakeholder Relations: Pitch stories across national, local, and trade channels, handle media inquiries, and build daily relationships with industry and government representatives.
- Deliver Client Insight: Monitor and report on social/digital trends, media coverage, government announcements, industry shifts, and new research.
- Power New Business: Identify growth opportunities, nurture client relationships, assist with pitch proposals, and help client account management run seamlessly.
- Background: A degree in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, politics, or business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Comprehensive Skill Set: Strong versatility across modern communications, from social media and digital content strategy to traditional PR and written communications, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Industry Curiosity: An innate passion for current affairs, digital media, and culture, with a keen eye for emerging trends, consumer behaviours and technology.
