Meet the Team

Creative Marketing 

The Creative Marketing team is the bridge between business, data, and creativity, helping Fever’s experiences connect with audiences worldwide. We research, conceptualize, and craft campaigns, producing audiovisual and digital content that brings our projects to life. By collaborating across teams, we ensure every experience is supported with creative strategies and insights that make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Reports to the Design & Video Senior Manager.
  • Creation of content in a variety of formats to be used across different channels (paid media, organic social media, out-of-home, 
  • Design and execute motion graphics and animations that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Modification of the content based on internal and client feedback.
  • Storytelling skills to bring the content to life, working from a script and a storyboard
  • Edit and produce high-end video content for campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ability to work both with stock footage and in-house material.
  • Pitch and present ideas and solutions to a creative brief.
  • Research of new content formats, tools, and references to enhance the outcomes of the creative team.
  • Inspire and motivate the team through continuously sharing inspiration and ideas.
  • Continuously optimize workflows, identifying areas where AI can accelerate processes and expand creative possibilities.

This position will be hybrid and based in Buenos Aires.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, Social Media, and the main formats and channels.
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to merge storytelling, design, and technology.
  • Proficient in video editing and motion graphics
  • High English proficiency (C1 or higher)
  • Experience working in an agency environment and familiarity with the creative processes involving clients
  • Experience managing small teams is a plus
  • Experience with generative video
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback
  • A team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Autonomous 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Culturally sensitive and aware of trends in media, art, and design
  • Experience in 3D or knowledge in spatial and retail design is a plus
