What We Need from You:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and support budgeting processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
- Represent the hotel professionally while upholding Kimpton, IHG, and company standard
