This is an opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader to shape the future of Ag & Commercial marketing at Co‑op. In this role, you’ll champion the Co‑op brand, align diverse stakeholders, and elevate how we reach Ag & Commercial customers across Western Canada. Your lived experience in agriculture (or extensive track record in ag marketing) will ground your strategic decisions in real-world understanding. Co-op is uniquely positioned in the agriculture and commercial energy space, and this role puts you at the forefront of shaping where we go next.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Co-op’s B2B marketing strategy: powering growth of our brand, products and services through increased reach, lead generation, and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers and commodity teams to align on strategic marketing plans, leveraging insights to challenge the status quo and uncover untapped opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to commodity leaders and stakeholders. Champion a unified voice across B2B business lines (Energy, Ag Solutions, Home & Building) leading cross functional efforts to deliver consistent customer-centric marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and long-term business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, building capability, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
