Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee the Corporate Communication function by developing and implementing effective internal and external communication plans aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives and management direction. The role promotes and protects the hospital’s image and reputation, ensures consistent and accurate institutional messaging across communication channels, and supports effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospital communication plans, programs, and initiatives aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives and management direction.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external hospital communication activities and ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of institutional messages across communication channels.
- Oversee the preparation and review of hospital and media content, including press releases, news, announcements, executive messages, presentations, reports, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Coordinate media relations activities, including media inquiries, interviews, press releases, and media coverage, in accordance with approved protocols.
- Support the development and protection of the hospital’s image and reputation and monitor relevant media coverage and public communication.
- Oversee and coordinate hospital content published through the hospital’s digital channels, website, and social media platforms in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Develop and implement internal communication initiatives to enhance employee awareness and engagement regarding strategic objectives, initiatives, organizational developments, and key messages.
- Support senior management in preparing executive communications, speeches, talking points, presentations, announcements, and communication materials for major events and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to obtain and validate information prior to publication and ensure communications are accurate and aligned with approved institutional messages.
- Support the development and implementation of crisis communication plans and coordinate communication responses with senior management and relevant departments during incidents that may affect the hospital’s reputation.
- Coordinate communication and media coverage for Hospital events, conferences, campaigns, initiatives, and official activities.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, media representatives, partners, and other organizations, within the approved scope of authority.
- Ensure compliance with the hospital’s identity, communication guidelines, policies, and approved standards across communication materials and channels.
- Establish and monitor communication performance indicators, evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and channels, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations.
- Lead and supervise section employees, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, provide guidance, and support staff development; perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.

Job Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum or Required:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication, Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Communication and Media, or a related field.
-With 9 years of Experience.
Preferred:
-Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication, Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Communication and Media, or a related field.
- With 7 years of Experience.
- Relevant professional certification in Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP), or Communication Management Professional (CMP).
