RESPONSABILITIES :
Tasks;
- Maintain the website improvement tracker.
- Coordinate implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Upload and update website content.
- Organise and manage photography assets.
- Review property pages for consistency and completeness.
- Follow up internally on missing content and materials.
- Test and verify website updates.
2. Property Content & Blog Operations
Goal: Support the operational execution of content initiatives.
Tasks;
- Review and update property descriptions following approved guidelines.
- Organise content and photography for property pages.
- Upload and format blog articles.
- Add internal links and supporting visuals.
- Maintain the content and editorial calendar.
- Coordinate content requirements with internal teams and external partners.
3. Brand Management & Marketing Assets
Goal: Help build a more professional and scalable marketing function.
Tasks;
- Organise and maintain brand assets.
- Consolidate and update brand guidelines.
- Support with the creation of templates for: (Presentations, partnership proposals, event briefs...)
4. Partnerships, Events & Sponsorship Support
Goal: Provide operational support for partnership and visibility initiatives.
Tasks;
- Research potential partners and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain contact databases.
- Follow up with suppliers, partners, event organisers, and sponsors.
- Coordinate materials and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting summaries and action trackers.
- Support event and partnership execution when required.
5. Marketing Operations & Coordination
Goal: Support day-to-day organisation and project management.
Tasks;
- Maintain marketing trackers and project plans.
- Organise digital assets and documentation.
- Follow up on pending actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare status updates and reports.
- Support coordination between agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
KEY INFORMATION ON THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
