Sr Communications Consultant, Full Time, First Shift

The Senior Consultant of Internal Communications supports the development and execution of internal communication strategies that inform, engage and connect employees to organizational priorities, culture and goals. This role partners with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to create compelling content, support communication initiatives and enhance the employee experience through effective communication and storytelling.

Internal Communications Support

  • Develop and execute communication plans that support organizational initiatives, programs and business objectives.
  • Create clear, concise and engaging communications for employees across multiple channels.
  • Support enterprise communication campaigns that drive awareness, understanding and engagement.

Leadership & Stakeholder Communications

  • Draft leader communications, talking points, presentations and communication toolkits to support organizational messaging.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop communication materials that align with organizational priorities and culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support employee engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives through strategic communications and storytelling.
  • Develop content that highlights employee achievements, organizational milestones and mission-driven work.
  • Assist with employee listening and feedback initiatives, including surveys and engagement campaigns.

Content Development & Channel Management

  • Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, email communications, digital signage and collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate communication schedules across stakeholders.
  • Ensure content reflects organizational branding, editorial standards and communication best practices.

Minimum requirements: 3-5 years of equivalent experience; Preferred 5-7 years of experience
