What you'll do

What you bring
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related discipline
- You bring at least ten years of marketing experience, preferably in wholesale, departmental retail, travel retail, or multinational settings
- You speak Korean at native level and English fluently, with a strong grasp of Korean consumers
- You work confidently in Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
- You can lead stakeholders through a fast-moving, matrixed organization

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
•Lead, inspire, and manage a team of [#] marketing professionals. •Drive the strategic direction of the marketing function, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and global brand objectives.2. Brand Portfolio Strategy & Planning
•Develop a deep understanding of EssilorLuxottica’s diverse brand portfolio across segments like sports, premium, luxury, and mainstream categories (brands included: Ray-Ban, Oakley, Prada, Miu Miu, Burberry, Oliver Peoples, Coach, Emporio Armani etc). •Define a long-term strategic marketing plans with global and regional stakeholders •Utilize the analyze market trends and consumer insights data and to reflect them in the marketing plans for potential business growth.3. Brand Activation & Localization
•Adapt and execute global brand assets in collaboration with regional Brand Business teams. •Oversee end-to-end implementation of brand campaigns, ensuring market relevance and brand consistency. •Maintain alignment with global brand guidelines across all local touchpoints.4. Trade Marketing Execution
•Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives that support business objectives. •Manage in-store permanent and seasonal tools and promotional materials across all channel of trade •Oversee installation and maintenance of generic/branded fixtures across all channels.5. Product Operations Management
•Analyze performance data and collaborate with sales teams to optimize product mix and enhance assortments. •Monitor key performing assortment / skus to ensure brand key assortment are aligned and present at POS6. Budget & Compliance Oversight
•Manage total marketing Opex and Capex budgets and all marketing-related expenditures •Ensure strict compliance with internal procurement policies, vendor management, and approval interim workflows.7. Team Development & Coaching
•Foster a team with high-performance culture through mentoring, feedback, and professional development. •Provide guidance and support team members so as to build a strong, performing and solid team with good skills for supporting business and personal growth.Qualifications & Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field •Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within wholesale, departmental, travel retail and a multinational organization •Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities •Native-level Korean and fluent English proficiency •Deep understanding of the Korean consumer landscape •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills •Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentPreferred Experience
•Industry background in Fashion, FMCG, Sports, or Travel Retail •Experience working with athletes, influencers, or celebrities •Strong connections and knowledge of the Korean market and media landscape
