Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and analytical Junior Marketing and Insights Analyst to support marketing and commercial insights in our London office. The successful candidate will work across teams in the business, supporting marketing functions from strategic planning through to day-to-day administration, while also playing a key role in delivering insights to the business, primarily through building and maintaining CRM dashboards, alongside broader work to develop our client intelligence capabilities.



Key Responsibilities


Marketing Coordination and Administration

  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, conference attendance and engagement and other external activities
  • Create and maintain accurate marketing records, contact lists, calendars and activity trackers
  • Support in development of marketing materials and content, including social media, collateral and website upkeep
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of marketing activity
  • Track marketing activity, deadlines and deliverables, ensuring actions are followed through
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing administration, processes and ways of working

Insights

  • Build and maintain CRM dashboards that consolidate client, market, and relationship data into clear, actionable insights
  • Produce regular reports and summaries on client activity, pipeline, and relationship trends for senior stakeholders
  • Develop consistent standards for client data capture and information governance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes around client intelligence and reporting
  • Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support to wider commercial and strategy initiatives across the business, contributing to projects as priorities evolve


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in marketing administration, business support, data operations, or similar roles {preferred, not essential}
  • Experience supporting and attending events or stakeholder-facing teams {preferred, not essential}
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders across teams
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with a genuine interest in using them to enhance work quality and efficiency
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports and presentations.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive client and business information
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative

  • Experience in insurance, risk, financial services, or professional services environments
  • Exposure to client intelligence, pipeline reporting, or commercial operations
