About the role
As envelio rapidly scales in the U.S., we’re looking for a Sales Enablement and Growth Specialist to drive growth and help shape the future of clean energy.
This person will help build the processes, tools, and resources that enable our sales team to operate effectively as we scale. This person will support the full sales cycle through research, account planning, sales materials, CRM optimization, reporting, and deal coordination, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and proactive, enjoys bringing structure to evolving processes, and is motivated by identifying inefficiencies and making things work better. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a B2B sales organization and is comfortable working with complex sales cycles in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
📌 Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA preferred, or Remote (Eastern Time Zone).
✈️ Travel: Travel to some conferences and the Boston office required, up to 15%.

What you’ll do
- Develop and continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, templates, and best practices that create consistency across the sales organization.
- Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle by providing the resources, research, materials, and coordination needed to move opportunities forward.
- Conduct market, regulatory, competitive, and account research to help sales managers prepare account strategies and customer engagements.
- Partner on meeting preparation, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and other deal-related materials.
- Create and maintain sales collateral and customer-facing materials in close collaboration with Marketing and Product.
- Manage and optimize CRM processes, ensuring pipeline data, account information, and sales activities are accurate and actionable.
- Help improve pipeline visibility, reporting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure the sales organization has the information and resources it needs.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement for new and existing members of the sales team.
What you’ll bring to the team
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or a similar role supporting a B2B sales organization.
- Experience supporting complex, longer sales cycles, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, energy, utilities, or another technical industry.
- Experience creating or improving sales processes, playbooks, reporting, account planning resources, or enablement materials.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with a natural drive to bring structure and clarity to complex or evolving processes.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines moving at once.
- A proactive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership rather than wait for direction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where processes may still be developing.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn a complex, technical product and the utility industry.
