We are looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Consumer Partnerships to join our team and help shape how we activate and scale partnerships across the consumer business.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of 20+ strategic partnerships, leveraging their unique capabilities to launch marketing programs that directly contribute to customer acquisition goals.
- Monitor and analyze weekly performance of partnership marketing efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize results and scale.
- Manage 1-2 direct reports by setting clear goals, coaching regularly, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and communication.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Provide reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives.
- Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team and strategic partners to identify and analyze key marketplace trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and emerging marketing technologies, identifying and applying best practices to drive efficiencies in partner program execution, performance analysis, and reporting
- Champion fresh, data-backed ideas drawing from trends in fintech, B2C marketing, and channel strategy to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Bank Partnership teams to ensure the end-to-end consumer experience meets all regulatory requirements.
- Lead business development and contract negotiations for new and existing partnerships, ensuring terms align with strategic business objectives and financial goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing; 3+ years of management experience.
- 5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs that delivered measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related/quantitative fields of study.
- Highly analytical, with a passion for problem-solving and for turning complex data into compelling stories.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills with a proven track record of getting stakeholder buy-in to bring strategies to life.
- Energized by ambiguity and rapid change, with a natural ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving challenges.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and marketing execution; proactively identifies opportunities to apply AI/automation to drive efficiency and better business outcomes.
Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
