Job Purpose
We are looking for a driven and strategic Brand Management Intern to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing iconic brands, driving consumer engagement, and supporting innovation in many of our iconic brands

Required Qualifications
- Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, May 2028, and major in Marketing, Professional Selling, Business Administration or relevant degree program, with a preferred 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Collaborate with brand managers to develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans.
- Support product innovation initiatives, including concept development, consumer testing, and commercialization.
- Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitive trends to inform brand decisions.
- Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Contribute to packaging development, brand messaging, and positioning efforts.
- Prepare and present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Duration
Our summer internship program runs 10-12 weeks and starts in late May and ends in early August.
Co-ops may be available depending on our business needs. The co-op program duration is typically 6-8 months and can run from early January through early August OR late May through early December.
Hours
This is a temporary, full-time, hourly position. Interns can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week and may be eligible for overtime based on business needs.
Location(s)
- This is an on-site position based out of our corporate headquarters in Austin, MN, or at either our Planter's office in Chicago, IL or our Applegate office in Bedminster, NJ.
- Hormel Foods does not currently offer remote internship opportunities.

- Competitive hourly pay of $24.50 paid on a weekly basis
