What you'll do

Gather business needs, investigate production issues, and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud changes and project deliverables
Write functional design, configuration, and test documents across the requirements-to-release process
Show users new features and prepare materials that explain how to use them
Test and deploy system changes, working independently or alongside the team
Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud maintenance and development as broader Oracle areas are rolled out

What you bring

You have implemented or supported Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration through at least two full lifecycles
You bring detailed knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and how it connects with HCM
You can configure ORC features including career sites, interviews, job templates, candidate selection, offers, notifications, and security
You know at least two of Redwood, Journeys, personalisation tools, approvals, security definitions, BIP or OTBI, HDL, and ODA

Who this fits

You must work from the Pune office and be able to align schedules where possible with teams in EMEA and the Americas. A university degree in a listed or related field is preferred.

Business Experience:
• Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
• Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
• Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.
• Candidate should have experience producing content and running sessions to educate around new feature or functionality roll out.
• Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team, including supporting junior resources.
• Candidate should be self motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.

Module Experience:
• Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle ORC with at least two lifecycles.
• Candidate should have detailed level of knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and its connections to HCM .
• Additional module support and deployment experience will be beneficial in the following areas; Core HCM, Talent Management.

Job Details
• This job is for a Lead ORC Functional Analyst to join our existing global HRIS team, supporting the maintenance and further development of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Pune India office. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important.
• The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed.
• Activities may include: Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment.
• University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
