Marketing, Brand and Social Lead
The Marketing, Brand and Social Lead supports the development and delivery of integrated marketing across the Consumer and Business Card portfolios and the Amex NZ Brand.
This is a broad, hands-on role spanning campaign strategy and execution, creative development, brand and social media. Reporting to the Acquisition Strategy, Creative & Brand Manager, you’ll work with internal teams, agencies and partners to deliver customer-centric marketing that builds the Amex brand and drives business outcomes.
You’ll also help shape Amex NZ’s social presence across organic and paid content, creators and ambassadors, while using customer insights, performance data and emerging technology to continually improve our marketing.
Plan, deliver and optimise integrated campaigns across paid, owned and social channels.
Develop campaign strategies, messaging and creative that drive customer and commercial outcomes.
Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and creative development through approvals, production, implementation and optimisation.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant and on-brand marketing.
Build the Amex NZ brand through campaigns, content, social media and partnerships.
Lead organic and paid social activity, including content, creators and ambassador programmes.
Use customer insights, performance data, AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage campaign governance, budgets, quality assurance and compliance.

Strong understanding of paid and organic social media and digital marketing.
Creator, influencer, ambassador or partnership experience is advantageous.
Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
Experience using AI-powered marketing or productivity tools is advantageous.
