Join us for an opportunity to be a part of Hilton's Lifestyle Brands and the Global Lifestyle Division. As a Senior Analyst, Graduate & Undergraduate Brand Management, reporting to the Brand Leader, Undergraduate, you will become a key member of the team focused on the strategy, growth, performance and guest experience across Graduate by Hilton and Undergraduate by Hilton.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Partner with the Brand Leaders for Undergraduate and Graduate to project manage defined brand priorities and initiatives.
  • Support quarterly, monthly, and weekly brand reporting updates (reports on commercial, development, and guest experience).
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations that present strategy and analysis to tell the story of the Graduate and Undergraduate brands.
  • Participate in special projects, often adapting to changing needs.
  • Support with planning and managing hotel-facing and external meetings and events.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Report to the Brand Leader, Undergraduate and support key strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including, Lifestyle Category and Brand Operations, Communications, Learning & Development, Brand Performance Support, Owner Relations, Brand Marketing, Food & Beverage, Design, Development, Hilton Supply Management, and other important partners to drive performance, growth and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, and Strategy Insights & Analytics (SIA) teams on research, case studies, reporting and data-based storytelling to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Provide partners with recurring, insights-driven reporting.
  • Analyze data and create presentations with strategic insights, data-based narratives and recommendations across different audiences.
  • Support Graduate and Undergraduate Brand Positioning deployment, including brand programs, pillars, and service behaviors.
  • Provide support in leading and driving performance against commercial, guest experience and development goals.
  • Support Graduate and Undergraduate Brand Leaders with preparation for meetings with Hilton leaders, owners, and operators.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in project management, developing new strategies, or building business cases
  • High level of comfort with research, data and analysis: Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, insights, and formulate recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and all Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrated capability to master applications powered by Salesforce, Qualtrics and MicroStrategy
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
  • Work based in our McLean, VA office

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional work experience in consulting or corporate strategy, the hospitality industry, or on-property at a Lifestyle hotel
  • Experience collaborating with business partners and understanding their needs across multiple groups
  • Experience communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $67,500 – $95,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
