Area Description

Partner Marketing at Oracle is responsible for driving marketing strategy with the partner ecosystem, aligning demand generation, partner engagement, communications, and go-to-market execution to business growth priorities. The team works closely with Alliances, Sales, Field Marketing, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to execute initiatives that strengthen partner contribution to pipeline and market momentum.

Role Profile

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to backfill an existing Colombia /Costa Rica Partner Marketing headcount. The position may be based in Colombia or Central America, preserving coverage and execution continuity for priority partner initiatives across Latin America.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives across stakeholders and countries. This role will support the planning, execution, tracking, and follow-up of partner marketing activities, ensuring that programs remain connected to field priorities, partner engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Experience in marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, events, sales support, or go-to-market execution.

  • Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cloud, digital transformation, and partner ecosystems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on multiple activities at the same time.

  • Proactive, collaborative, curious profile with ownership mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Working knowledge of productivity tools, presentations, spreadsheets, reporting, and project management tools.

  • Interest in data analysis, campaign measurement, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
