How you’ll make an impact:

· Develop & execute comprehensive marketing plans, products materials and campaigns (including strategies and tactics) for Edwards Surgical Product Portfolio

· Drive messaging and experiences around Edwards Surgical Portfolio for current and future users

· Partner closely with Sales and Professional Education teams to execute regional and country-level initiatives and gather field insights to shape marketing plans and align product messaging

· Drive marketing materials execution through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders, as needed

· Partner closely with Regional/Global Marketing and Professional Education on various initiatives.


What you'll need (Required):

· Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master’s Degree/equivalent with 3 years of related experience

· Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or medical devices, ideally with exposure to cardiovascular disease, heart failure, or physician-facing marketing.

· Proven experience in Digital Marketing (including Digital Media & CRM)

· Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal)

· Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive progress and deliver outcomes in complex or resource-constrained environments.

· Ability to be an influential "voice of the product" to external and internal audiences

· Excellent documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive achievement of objectives.

· Strong functional knowledge in marketing campaign development and execution, with the ability to apply best practices, improve ways of working, and contribute to new concepts, tools, or standards within the team.
