- 7+ years of experience in product innovation, product marketing, or development within beauty, personal care, or CPG
- A deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, including formulation, testing, and compliance
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate consumer insights and data into clear, actionable product opportunities
- A collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Comfort managing complexity, balancing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills, with experience building decks and presenting to senior leadership
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and move work forward
