About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager to join our team by the start of January 2027 on a fixed-term basis to provide cover for parental leave.

This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the firm’s global marketing activity, working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.

The successful candidate will manage a small marketing team and take ownership of key initiatives across digital platforms, events, partnerships, BD, and external profile-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the firm’s digital marketing operations including website, email, CRM and analytics, while working with the team to deliver content and design updates, data management, SEO, internal training and ongoing improvements for user experience and reporting.
  • BD & Credentials: Oversee regular updates of the credentials database and pitch/proposal templates, while working directly with senior leaders on BD opportunities and client development initiatives.
  • Events & Partnerships: Lead the planning and delivery of the firm’s events programme, including client events, seminars/roundtables, and sponsored conferences, working with stakeholders and external suppliers from concept through execution. Identifying and managing partnership opportunities that strengthen the firm’s brand and market presence.
  • Social Media & Content: Oversee the firm’s LinkedIn and content calendar, working closely with junior members of the team to develop and deliver engaging content. Identifying and working closely with stakeholders on thought leadership opportunities.
  • PR/Media: Working closely with the firm’s leadership team and wider business leaders to manage and record the firm’s PR and media activities.
  • Awards & Recognition: Manage the firm’s awards and industry recognition programme, coordinating internal deadlines and submissions with junior members of the marketing team, gathering input from senior stakeholders, and overseeing completion of submissions with wider business leaders.
  • Marketing Projects: Support and lead wider marketing campaigns and ad hoc strategic projects as required, ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard, on time, and aligned with the firm’s objectives. Continual review and updates to the marketing budget and annual plan.
  • Team Management: Manage and support the global marketing team, overseeing workloads, priorities, and delivery across ongoing marketing activities.

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, and the role holder may be required to undertake other duties reasonably consistent with the scope and level of the role as business needs evolve.
