Job Summary:
Shapes and implements moderately complex communication plans that strengthen employee engagement and support organizational transformation. Optimizes employee communication platforms (e.g., intranet, email, collaboration tools), ensuring content is timely, relevant, and accessible. Elevates the impact of communication initiatives by leveraging analytics and employee insights. Fosters alignment between leadership vision and employee understanding through targeted messaging. Builds strong relationships across workgroups to activate and cascade priority messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Creates comprehensive communication plans for companywide initiatives and organizational changes, effectively prioritizing and managing expectations across multiple, complex projects and priorities.
Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging for various employee audiences.
Analyzes feedback and engagement data to refine communication strategies and measure success.
Provides strategic counsel to internal teams seeking to communicate effectively with employees.
Ensures consistency and inclusivity in all messaging, adapting content for accessibility, cultural relevance and adherance to brand standards.
Establishes and maintains productive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment.
Evaluates and adopts new tools and technologies to enhance communication effectiveness.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
4 - 6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, brand marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related field required.
4 - 6 years of experience in content writing, publishing (including but not limited to newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, and social media articles), or a related field required.
4 - 6 years of experience in employee communications platforms, social media platforms, digital tools, or a related field required.
4 - 6 years of experience in managing executives, projects, and stakeholders, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
